The OJCF Community Endowment Fund and the Schnitzer Supporting Foundation These funds give priority to projects in Oregon and SW Washington addressing needs in the areas of Jewish art, culture, community development, education, health and social welfare. Online Needs Directory The Online Needs Directory is a way for organizations in Oregon and Washington State to share their specific funding needs. Listings will be placed on the OJCF website where they may be viewed by OJCF Donor Advisors at their leisure. OJCF makes no guarantee that any listing will definitively be viewed or result in a grant. This directory is updated twice a year. The deadlines for submissions are July 1, and January 2. Listings will be kept on the site for one year or until they expire. Organizations must be considered by the IRS to be 501(c)(3) nonprofit to submit a listing.
