Book of Needs Submission Form
The OJCF Book of Community Needs is a web-based database designed to allow our donors to stay informed
about programs and activities in the community. It is also an opportunity to make specific needs of your
organization known.
Your proposals will receive consideration by these Donors for grant recommendations from Donor Advised
Funds. We would prefer that you focus your efforts on your top three requests. It is important to keep
your summaries as concise as possible in order to preserve the attention of Donors.
The Book of Needs will be updated twice per year. Approved listings will remain on the Book of Needs for
one calendar year. The deadlines for submissions are July 1st and January 2nd.
Please remember that although this listing is availbale to our Donor Advisors on our web site, we cannot
guarantee that recommendations for funding will be made for your project.
