Book of Needs Submission Form
The OJCF Book of Needs was created to inform our donors advisors about community programs and activities
in need of funding. To qualify for a listing, your organization must be a US 501(c)(3)nonprofit with a mission statement
that is compatable with OJCF's (see our front page).
We will accept a maximum of three project submissions. It is important to keep your summaries as concise and to the point
as possible.
The Book of Needs will be updated twice per year. The deadlines for submissions are July 1st and January 2nd.
Approved listings will remain on the Community Needs Catalog for one calendar year.
Please remember that although your listing is availbale to our Donor Advisors on our web site, we cannot guarantee that
funding recommendations will be made for your project.
